The actual machine (that's like a computer!) used in today's busy health insurance claims denial business is shown at work in this recently discovered footage crudely recorded in ancient times. The talk show host, referred to in the video only as "Jack," is depicted deploying the demonic device against a distressed guest in this gruesome footage from Hell (or someplace near Detroit).

"Jack" obviously turned this grotesque apparatus over to some evil villain whose name might or might not rhyme with "CIGNA."

Let the insured beware! If you don't stay healthy, this could happen to you!
