Photojournalists chronicle the events of history, and for
forty-four days in 1979, David Burnett captured the images
of the Iranian Revolution. The Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi
was overthrown and replaced by the revolution leader, the
Ayatollah Khomeini. He presented his photos recently at
the Wilson Center in Washington.
